The system integrator-operator of the state corporation's own data processing center (DPC) made a decision to transform into a cloud service provider.
Third-party expertise was required in the formation of the top-level technology stack of the provider and in the development of a strategy for creating a product line using cloud services for external clients.

After examining the Legacy IT landscape, it was decided to implement a broker platform that will allow to launch new services and manage various IaaS (based on open technologies and commercial VMware) in the shortest possible time, in conjunction with new launch regulations.
Result:
In a short time, we have developed the strategy for creating a product portfolio based on cloud services for external clients, taking into account all the specifics of the customer. The strategy was approved with minor adjustments and accepted for implementation.
