Situation:

New products launch on the market (TTM) was 12-18 months or more. The technological basis consisted of over 100 and more billing and other platforms. Each platform required to be interacted in the launch moment of every new product. Expanding the line of digital products for business required a change in launching approach and organize testing of customer demand before deciding to attract investments in their scaling.

An audit of the cloud services existing product portfolio for the b2b and b2g segment was carried out. Developed a strategy and business model for creating a unified cloud services competence center. As part of the strategy subtask, the problem of launching new products has been identified.

After examining the company current technological basis, it was decided that it is rational to introduce a broker platform, which will simplify the process of connecting partner solutions and accelerate the launch of any new products.

To implement the partner ecosystem, an office was created and a product strategy was formed. A broker platform with open APIs was introduced within the office, which, together with the new regulations, made it possible to reduce the launch period of products by 5-6 times.

The broker platform and new regulations have been used to commercialize a number of partner office products, as well as a number of related office products.

To launch a new type of services, a legal basis was developed in the form of a contractual base and an affiliate program for collaborating with independent developers.

Result:

We have created a partner ecosystem of the operator, consisting of more than ten new services.
The launch time for new digital products has been reduced by 5 times and no longer requires capital investments.

Growth of new revenue by 0.5 billion rubles from the sale of software and SaaS in the third year from the beginning of the project.
